Keep Your Mouth Healthy with Routine Dental Care

It’s important to take an active role in your dental health by scheduling teeth cleaning and checkups regularly. Gentle Dental Spa offers these services to help maintain optimal oral health by identifying any problem areas before you undergo a complete teeth cleaning. You should schedule these appointments at least once every 6 months, or more frequently if you have specific dental issues requiring more frequent periodontal maintenance.

Why Do I Need Regular Teeth Cleanings & Checkups?

The reason you need to see a dentist is because it’s still possible to have gum and tooth problems even if you brush and floss twice a day. These exams are intended to monitor your oral health and ward off problems like gum disease or tooth decay. By identifying and treating problems like these early, you can prevent the situation from snowballing into a more costly issue later on.

Routine dental checkups and teeth cleanings are beneficial for a number of reasons, because they help you:

  • Maintain healthier teeth, bones, and gums
  • Keep your breath fresh and your teeth white
  • Identify bite problems that could be corrected through teeth straightening
  • Get earlier detection and treatment of oral health conditions, including oral cancer
  • Correct problems gum disease or infections so you can have a beautiful, healthy smile
